It was hard to believe this was a manip from the thumbnail. The perfect clarity of it makes it equal to the work of a high class photographer. I love the fact that the elements in it don't looked "placed on". They don't look cut out, they simply look as if they were there naturally.
I am also quite the pin up fan (yes, even though I'm female) and that appeals to my style greatly. The pins behind the model add to the mood / theme.
The colours match well and the crosses are perfectly clear (are they vector perhaps?).
The only things I would be wary of are the lack of floor for the model (it looks as if she's floating in a kneeling position, which doesn't really work) and the lighting in the picture. The crosses and the model have different 'shadow positions' which indicate different light sources. There should only be one light source to get the most natural feel.
Maybe also try adding more shades of blue, as it can be monotonous if you look at it for a while.
